Clearview is pleased to announce the successful renewal of FedEx Ground’s distribution facility at Discovery Park in Nisku.
Originally completed five years ago as a new state-of-the-art distribution facility at the Edmonton International Airport, the 108,000 sq. ft. building continues to serve as an important logistics hub within the region.
It was a pleasure once again working alongside Rob Iwaschuk and the team at Remington Development Corp. on this renewal transaction. Appreciation to Cody Clayton and Kris Augustine for their continued professionalism and collaboration throughout the process.
Long-term commitments like this continue to reinforce the strength of well-located logistics and distribution assets in key Western Canadian transportation corridors.
