Clearview is pleased to announce the completion of a lease transaction at Building 2 in Panattoni’s 68 Street Logistics Park.


On behalf of our client TDG Furniture, we helped secure a new headlease for approximately 86,000 sf of industrial distribution space in one of Calgary’s key logistics corridors, supporting the company’s continued operational growth and distribution requirements within the region.


A pleasure working alongside Chris Saunders and John Pearson to bring this transaction to completion. Congratulations to TDG Furniture on their new space.
