Advises major landlords and multi-market tenants, specializing in complex Limited Partnership and Joint Venture projects. Assistance with major portfolio dispositions and the management of pooled private equity investments.



Steve founded Clearview Commercial Realty in 2019 after leading the industrial team for 22 years at a large commercial brokerage in Calgary. As President and Broker, Steve oversees the brokerage's overall operations and manages major client assignments. Holding the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, Steve brings specialized expertise to his role. Additionally, as President of Clearview Management, he directs all aspects of fund management on behalf of investors and partners.

Successfully negotiated over $1 billion in industrial real estate transactions, covering more than 11 million square feet. Steve has completed numerous leasing and sale assignments for major landlords such as Sun Life, Hopewell, GPM, WAM Development Group, Panattoni Developments, and the Beedie Group. Additionally, he has represented multi-market tenants, including Corporate Express, Ricoh, Lennox, Iron Mountain, Coremark, Tesco, and Belron. He has also handled large industrial sale assignments for major North American vendors and is experienced in structuring complex Limited Partnership and Joint Venture projects involving high-net-worth private investors and major North American developers.
