Major $300 M Development to Transform West Lethbridge

A significant new wave of investment is underway in West Lethbridge’s The Crossings area, with four major projects combining residential, commercial, hospitality and senior-living components — together totaling more than $300 million in value.

 

Highlights include:

  • The region’s first full-service hotel (120 rooms plus extended-stay suites) alongside new retail.

  • More than 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space across 11 acres.

  • A 450-unit residential community spanning 13 acres.

  • A senior-living complex offering independent living near retail and amenities.

 

These projects mark a turning point for West Lethbridge, reinforcing its evolution into a vibrant mixed-use hub that supports all stages of life — from young professionals and families to seniors.
