Downtown Calgary’s 28-storey First Tower has been acquired by G2S2 Capital Inc. and its affiliate Armco Group of Companies.

The 729,760 sq. ft. class-A highrise—redeveloped in 2020 with modernized amenities, LEED Gold sustainability credentials, and direct Plus-15 access—adds to Armco’s growing Calgary portfolio, which includes Bow Valley Square, First Canadian Centre, and Altius Centre.

The purchase highlights continued confidence in Calgary’s downtown market, even as vacancy remains elevated.
