Each project received support through the City of Calgary’s Downtown Development Incentive Program (DIP), offering $75/sq. ft. for qualified conversions.
NORR’s Calgary office is now a national model, helping lead 17 repositioning projects across North America. Alongside residential transformations, NORR has also advised on hotel conversions including The Westley by Hilton and Element Hotel by Westin, a project by PBA Group of Companies.
From envelope redesigns with added balconies to seamless city approvals, NORR is setting the standard for urban regeneration in Calgary and beyond.
