As a commercial real estate broker at Clearview, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. We value self-motivated, successful industry professionals with five or more years of experience who are eager to advance their careers and contribute to our rapidly growing firm. Key responsibilities include prospecting, market expertise, deal management, client consultation, negotiation, collaboration, and network building.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience as a commercial real estate agent, with a proven track record of success in one or more of the key sectors, including retail, industrial, multi-family, investment sales, and suburban office leasing.
Self-Starter: We are particularly interested in self-starters who have a well-established client base and are looking to maximize their earnings with less corporate hassle.
Ambition: A desire for higher rewards for your efforts, coupled with a strong drive for career growth within our rapidly expanding firm.
Licensing: Must have an active commercial real estate license under RECA.
