ClearView Industrial Fund
The Full Story
The ClearView Properties (#3) LP was formed in 2017 and focused on acquiring and managing income-producing Industrial buildings in Alberta. We aim to give our investors stable, steady, reliable, and growing cash distributions. At the same time, our invested equity continues to grow through the reduction of debt and the increase in the value of our holdings.
The Fund currently owns 300,000 sf of industrial real estate on a total of 13 acres, with eight tenants and is 100% occupied. We are actively looking to increase the size of the portfolio through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Distributions are paid monthly to our investors based on the cash flow of the buildings we own, and our equity continues to grow over time.
ClearView Multi-Family Fund
The Full Story
The ClearView Multi-Family fund was formed in 2021 to take advantage of the robust housing market in Alberta. The Fund seeks to partner with experienced, reputable Developers, Investors and Operators and take equity positions in new and existing Multi-family projects.
Our first investment is in a new project currently under construction in the Mission district in SW Calgary, close to the iconic 17th Avenue restaurant corridor. The Mission building will add 67 apartment units to the Calgary Rental inventory together with underground parking and is scheduled for completion in early 2023. The Fund is seeking new investment opportunities and will focus on new and existing buildings in the 20-plus suite range located within the greater Calgary area.
