Job Description
As a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Clearview, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. We value self-motivated, successful industry professionals with five or more years of experience eager to advance their careers and contribute to our rapidly growing firm.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting
Identify and cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing ones.

Market Expertise
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with
valuable insights and solutions.

Deal Managment
Handle a range of real estate transactions, which may include buying, selling,
leasing, investing, and property development, depending on your specialization and expertise.

Client Consultation
Offer expert guidance and advice to clients to help them achieve their real estate
objectives.

Negotiation
Utilize your seasoned negotiation skills to secure favourable deals on behalf of our clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure smooth and successful
transactions.

Network Building:
Develop and maintain a strong network within the local real estate community.

Qualification
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience as a commercial real estate broker with a proven track record of success in one or more critical sectors, including retail, industrial, multi-family, investment sales, and suburban office leasing.
Self-Starter: We are particularly interested in self-starters with a well-established client base and looking to maximize their earnings with less corporate hassle.
Ambition: A desire for higher rewards for your efforts, coupled with a strong drive for career growth
within our rapidly expanding firm.
Licensing: Must have an active commercial real estate license under RECA.
