Brokerage Services
Our Brokerage Service platform helps our clients navigate the complex world of commercial real estate transactions, handling everything from selecting and purchasing a development site, to building layout and design, construction and project management, leasing and renewal services, and building acquisition and disposition.
Investment Management
Our Investment Management business focuses on the creation, growth and preservation of wealth for our accredited investor equity partners. Since 2007 we have acquired, developed, leased and sold over $150M of commercial real estate on behalf of our investors, and we have become the trusted real estate partner for many investors who previously were unable to take ownership positions on their own. We are always looking to grow our portfolio and seek out strategic acquisitions in southern Alberta that we will be accretive to our asset base and distributable cash flow.

In 2007 we created our first investment fund. Since that time our investing activities have included purchasing, developing, leasing and selling properties on behalf of our investors. This has provided investors with stable, passive, long term cash flow and capital appreciation.

Clearview is focused on the creation and preservation of wealth for its equity partners by acquiring and managing strategic commercial real estate assets in southern Alberta.
We are currently buying industrial properties in the Calgary area under our Clearview Properties #3 LP.
Our focus is primarily on single-tenant Industrial buildings with long term leases in place. We have successfully completed numerous sale and leaseback transactions and continue to search for quality opportunities to add to our growing portfolio.
