Over the course of the last two decades, our team has been trusted in negotiations of over 1 billion dollars worth of industrial real estate transactions.   These negotiations encompassed over 11 million square feet of warehouse, manufacturing, and commercial space.

Steve Vesuwalla, SIOR

Steve started Clearview Commercial Realty in 2019 after 22 years of leading the Industrial team at a large commercial Brokerage in Calgary. As President and Broker, Steve is responsible for the overall operation of the brokerage and handles major client assignments. As President of Clearview Management, Steve is responsible for all aspects of Fund Management on behalf of his investors and partners.

Highlights

  • Successfully negotiated over $1 Billion worth of industrial real estate transactions encompassing more than 11 million square feet of space.

  • Completed numerous industrial leasing and sale assignments for major Landlords such as Sun Life, Hopewell, GPM, WAM Development Group, Panattoni Developments and the Beedie Group.

  • Represented many multi-market tenants including Corporate Express, Ricoh, Lennox, Iron Mountain, Coremark, Tesco and Belron.

  • Handled numerous large industrial sale assignments on behalf of many major North American Vendors.

Doug Johanneson

Doug Johanneson

Doug is Senior Vice President, Industrial with Clearview Commercial Realty. He joined Clearview with 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage. Doug has been the architect of hundreds of leasing and sale transactions across Canada as well as Eastern Europe.

Highlights

  • Prior to joining Clearview, Doug was a Principal with Avison Young for 11 years. His local market knowledge coupled with his experience in development and deal structuring skills made him a trusted advisor to many clients.

  • Doug was formerly responsible for all aspects of leasing and property management with Giffels Management Russia. Projects in Central Eastern Europe included a 6 million square foot logistics park in South Moscow, and large logistics parks in Kiev, Ukraine and Kazan, Russia.

  • He was also Vice President, Leasing with Giffels Management Limited and was responsible for Giffels’ leasing programs across Canada.

  • Doug was Vice President, Industrial with Hopewell Development Corporation in both Calgary and Toronto from, overseeing the leasing of more than 10 million square feet of commercial property.

Interest

He is an ultra-endurance athlete. A six time Ironman finisher, he has also competed in the Boston, New York and Chicago marathons. He will compete in Sinister 7 Ultra Marathon in 2022 as well as the local Calgary bicycle racing scene when it returns.  His primary goal is to keep up with his young daughter.

Ralph Gibson

ClearView is proud to welcome Ralph to the group!   As one of the founders of Target Realty Corp. he is regarded as a leader and mentor, bringing exceptional insight and guidance. He has expertise in the industrial, investment, land, and leasing markets and sales experience in transactions involving land development, and representation of owners, users, developers, landlords, and investors. 

Highlights

Throughout Ralph’s 35-plus years of local experience in the Calgary commercial market, he has had the pleasure of working with start-up companies to local and national chains. Some of his most satisfying accomplishments have been working alongside companies that started on a shoestring and grew into major corporations

Interest

Ralph has been very active in the community throughout the years. He was a member of Calgary North Rotary Club for 26 years, serving as president in 1988-89 during the Calgary Olympics. He was a member of the Calgary South Rotary Club for almost 10 years. He volunteered with the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede for 27 years, working with visiting bands from around the world. He was also chairman of the Rotary World Youth Exchange committee for a number of years.

Wayne Berry

When Wayne Berry began his career in real estate in 1980, his father gave him this advice, “If you want to excel in real estate you have to specialize in one field, that way you can concentrate on knowing it inside out and service your clients to the best of your ability.” That advice became a guiding principle for Wayne, and now approaching 40 years in the business, Wayne has hundreds of long-standing clients who benefit from the expertise and broad knowledge of the industrial market that he has acquired over his career.

Highlights

Wayne loves industrial real estate because it is always fresh. Every time the phone rings there is a new adventure, and it is particularly satisfying when the call is from someone new who was referred by a previous client.

Interest

Born and raised in Calgary, Wayne grew up playing community sports and later became involved in various youth sports both at the organizational and coaching levels. When he’s not attending sporting events, his 3 children and 5 grandchildren keep him entertained.

Brad Stone

Brad Stone

Brad has been part of the Target Realty team since November 2019 and now has joined with ClearView.  He brings with him over eight years of experience providing quality service to clients in real estate sales, leasing surface rights on crown land, and municipal development.   Brad has a background in land use planning through his undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary.   

His background has allowed him to develop a strong ability to understand clients’ needs and to find unique solutions to problems.

Highlights

Brad is focused on sales and leasing of industrial, development land, investment, and office.  In September 2022 he has become Associate Broker.

He is also currently taking courses to obtain the CCIM designation

Interest

Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and hockey, reading, and practicing nature photography.

Kenyon Chipman

Kenyon was with the Target team since 2002 and has now also join forces with ClearView.

Experienced in all areas of commercial real estate, his primary focus is on sales and leasing in industrial real estate. Kenyon enjoys the challenge of helping people solve their real estate problems and searching out properties for specific people, such as investors.

With over three decades of commercial real estate accomplishments, Kenyon is an efficient, honest, and trustworthy member of the team. He is an expert at keeping in touch with a lifetime of contacts and has loyal, long-term relationships with clients.

Chrs Berry

Chris Berry

As a third-generation Berry to be part of Alberta’s Real Estate Industry, he could not be more thrilled to join his father first at Target Realty and now with ClearView.  His enthusiasm will be a great addition to the team.

Highlights

Although he may be entering his first “professional” year in the business, the experience and knowledge he gained as a youth spending time with his father, when they weren’t on the ice rink or baseball field, preparing properties to show, or setting up signs for new listings has provided with him with a solid foundation that he is more than confident will help guide him throughout he real estate career.

Interest

As a born and raised Calgarian, after graduating from Central Memorial High School I spent three years in the Rockies playing for the Canmore Eagles Jr. A Hockey Club.  During my time in Canmore, I earned a NCAA hockey scholarship to attend the University of Wisconsin Superior.  After graduating with a Marketing Degree, I was fortunate to spend my first several years in sales working for my favourite sports team, the Calgary Sports and Entertainment Group.

Greg Christensen

Greg Christensen

Greg brings over 30 years of experience in understanding and solving complicated business needs. He will focus on finding a solution for you that achieves the best results. Greg’s goal is to surpass your expectations with his business expertise and reputation for being honest, ethical, and trustworthy.

Before his career in real estate, Greg was in the Information Technology (I.T.) and Telecommunication fields for 28 years working for business owners and managers helping them to be more effective and strategic with sophisticated technology & service solutions.  Previous to that, he was a financial planner and stockbroker for seven years helping individuals with their personal investments and tax planning needs.

Whether he is advising landlords on how to market and lease their commercial properties, helping tenants find and secure new space for their businesses, or guiding owners and investors to the right investment opportunities, Greg enjoys every aspect of his work. He derives particular satisfaction from working with tenants to help them find new locations that will enhance their operations and improve their profitability

Interest

Greg and his wife enjoy many different activities, such as downhill skiing, traveling, hiking, tennis, kayaking, camping, and entertaining.

Wayne Hill is an expert in land development and acquisition. He is involved in property management, construction, and commercial real estate ventures, with a focus on marketing land for development by automotive dealerships, hotels, restaurants, and warehousing.   Wayne joined Target Realty in 2000 and is now ready to share is wealth of knowledge with the ClearView team.

With over 45 years of experience in the industry, the experience and insight that Wayne has developed over the years in brokering land development for industrial and commercial properties is highly valued and sought after by clients

Bob Legros

Bob Legros

Bob Legros has over 30 years of ownership, sales, and management experience.  He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation for leasing and provides valuable ear-to-the-ground market information to clients. With strong negotiation skills, Bob is both patient and persistent which gives him the ability to execute effectively and timely to ensure that clients secure the best deal.

Bob makes sure his clients receive clear and concise information to find the right rate, term, and fit for their business.

Interest

Bob is an avid sports participant. He was an athlete in his younger years and has been a high-level professional coach in downhill skiing. He continues to be involved with Special Olympics Canada in Alpine Skiing as a technical adviser.
