The Clearview Multi-Family fund was formed in 2021 to take advantage of the robust housing market in Alberta. The Fund seeks to partner with experienced, reputable Developers, Investors and Operators and take equity positions in both new and existing Multi-family projects.

 

Our first investment is in a new project currently under construction in the Mission district in SW Calgary, close to the iconic 17th Avenue restaurant corridor. The Mission building will add 67 apartment units to the Calgary Rental inventory together with underground parking, and is scheduled for completion in early 2023. The Fund is currently seeking new investment opportunities and will focus on both new and existing buildings in the 20 plus suite range located with the greater Calgary area.
